Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 16 July 2026

Order cancellation

Because every piece is 3D printed and hand-finished specifically for your order, we can only cancel or change an order within 12 hours of it being placed. After that window, production has already started and the order cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation within the 12-hour window, email info@khyati3dcreations.com or call +91 98283 23156 with your order number. If payment was already captured, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Personalized & custom orders

Personalized gifts and custom prints (built to your specific name, photo or size) cannot be cancelled once production has begun, since they are made only for you and cannot be resold.

Cancellation by us

In rare cases (stock/material issues, pricing errors, or if a custom request cannot be fulfilled), we may cancel an order ourselves. In that case you receive a full refund within 5–7 business days and we will notify you by email.
