Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every piece is 3D printed and hand-finished to order in our Rajasthan studio. Please allow 3–7 business days for standard items and 5–10 business days for personalized/custom pieces to be produced before they ship.

Delivery

We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Typical transit time after dispatch is 3–6 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any ongoing free-shipping offers will be shown on the Shop page and at checkout.

Packaging

Fragile pieces (lamps, idols) are individually wrapped and boxed with protective packaging to survive transit. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the courier and contact us right away.

International shipping

At this time we ship within India only. If you’re outside India and would like a custom print, message us via the Contact page and we’ll see what’s possible.
