Products, pricing & currency
We sell 3D-printed idols, lamps, toys and personalized gifts, made to order and hand-finished. All prices on the site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card or bank details.
Made-to-order production
Every piece is 3D printed and hand-finished to order in our Rajasthan studio. Because production starts only after you order, minor variations in colour, texture or finish compared to product photos are normal and not considered defects.
Orders
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or cannot be produced as described.
Personalized & custom orders
For personalized gifts and custom prints, you are responsible for the accuracy of names, photos, dimensions and other details you provide. Once production has started on a custom item, the order cannot be modified or cancelled — see our Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
Any photo, design or reference you upload for a custom print remains your responsibility to have the rights to use. All original designs, photography and content on this site belong to Khyati 3D Creations and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability
3D printed items are decorative/functional pieces and not intended for uses outside their described purpose. Khyati 3D Creations is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use or shipping delays beyond our control.

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Rajasthan having jurisdiction over any disputes.
