This policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse or shop with us, and how we use it, in line with India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection rules.

What we collect

When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing address, and order details. Our payment partner (Razorpay) processes your payment details directly — we do not store your card, UPI or bank information on our servers.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site (basic analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of checkout may not work correctly without them.

Sharing your information

We share order information only with the services needed to fulfil it — our payment gateway (Razorpay), and our courier/shipping partners (to deliver your order). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures (secure hosting, restricted access, encrypted checkout via our payment gateway) to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

Data retention

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet tax/accounting requirements under Indian law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing us.
